AERONAUTICS
Aeronautics, the demand for safety
Our company is certified to work in the aerospace market. Quality, precision and control are constant values from which we do not deviate in order to meet the safety standards in force in the aerospace industry. For example, we manufacture parts that allow fluids to pass through a very small diameter hole, as well as parts for landing gear.
MÉDICAL
UND is a recognised subcontractor in the medical industry market. This sector of activity demands rigour in manufacturing processes and compliance with quality standards, since the safety and health of people are at stake.
For our customers in this market, we manufacture highly technical parts to precise tolerances, in complex materials such as titanium and medical stainless steel. The parts we use are intended for tooling and medical equipment manufacturers. Examples include components for knee prostheses.
LUXURY
Quality finish essential for luxury
Luxury demands a quality finish. The visual aspect of the piece is essential in this sector. It has to look good! Depending on the piece, this may mean polishing it by hand, as part of precision craftsmanship. UND has a strong presence in the high-end eyewear market, for which we produce screw heads, for example. UND also works as a subcontractor in leather goods.
Demonstrate your technical expertise in connectors
Finally, UND is active in the connector market. In our bar-turning workshops, we manufacture highly technical parts, particularly for the aerospace and automotive industries. These are complex connectors machined from specific materials, and we are capable of precision turning all materials (brass, stainless steel, plastic and even precious metals).
